With range of smart phones gearing up the mobile industry we can
see tough competition between different brands. There are different
brands of smart phones like the Android, Blackberry, iPhone, Windows
Phone and many more. In this article however I would be focusing on
which phone is the best phone among the Android and iPhone. It is not
very easy to compare two phones because both might be best in their way.
There might be some great features which one phone might possess and
vice versa.
The iPhone nevertheless looks trendy in every way but looks does not matter everywhere it is the functioning too that counts. Apple's co-founder Steve Wozniak admits that the Android is better than iPhone in a lot of ways. The Apple is one of the simplest phones to operate and so people who do not want to face a lot of complexities would go for it.
When we talk about comparing the OS and iOS there are some points that highlight the fact that Android is superior to iPhone:
• Connectivity
Every Smartphone gives its users internet access. On Android phone there are four options given in order to choose the path for internet connection. Among the four, user can either choose Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, mobile network or GPS. User can navigate the internet through any of the 4 options. Apart from this there is an application named Y5 for Android. This app automatically switches of the Wi-Fi connection when there is no detection of a wireless network. All these services are not available on iPhone and the user needs to go through a lot of options to control these connections.

Android devices have flash because of which accessing the internet is fast and easy. The positive point behind having flash on your phone is that you can gain access to all flash websites and play Facebook games like Farmville and Cityville.
• Multi-notification
If you are having an iPhone and you need to receive a notification from a social networking site you need to open that particular program. But in case of Android phones you will receive all updates and notifications from multiple social networking sites in a single place. You will receive it either via email, message or via miss call.
• Personalization
IPhone cannot be customized according to the user's choice whereas in Android the user can customize every setting according to his or her choice. This is indeed a good option that Android phones offer.
• Market
The iPhone has for it the Apple app store and the Android has the Android market where multiple free and paid apps are available. Users can get the best of apps there and they are quite easy to download. Both stores have good apps but somewhere the Android market scores much than the Apple App store.
• Navigation
The Android phone has a better in-built navigation and voice command than the iPhone. Though Android is complex compared to iPhone, a quick study on its settings and working will surely help people operate the Android phone swiftly.
• Choose your choice of hardware
On when hand where the Android provides lots of options to choose the hardware Apple restricts people from choosing their choice of hardware. IPhone users are stuck between choosing the 16 GB or 32 GB. In case of Android, users can fit that to any hardware of their choice.

As we know there are lots of Smartphone apps available these days, we cannot say which app is superior to the other. In that case both Android and iPhone have brilliant applications. The only negative thing about iPhone apps is that, they are too complicated and the user needs to follow a lot of steps to access it.

Apart from this the developers of iPhone had to face a tough time creating apps as compared to Android developer due to the approval process of Apple. After considering the above points we can predict that very soon Android would become the best Smartphone by beating behind other smart phones.
